Performance Marketing Manager

Duties and Responsibilities

*Developing and executing Origina’s multi-channel performance marketing strategy
*Plan, define and execute demand generation funnel and ABM program for the Origina enterprise
*Manage daily operations of paid display and programmatic campaigns, organic and paid social media as well as SEM.
*Provide hands-on optimisation of ad campaigns across all marketing channels towards the company’s performance KPI, with an emphasis on LTV, retention and repeat buy metrics
*Help produce engaging and creative content
*Analyse campaign performance data and constantly optimise to generate growth and ensure client satisfaction and renewal
*Manage the company’s paid social media presence and increase engagement across all platforms, including Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn
*Consolidate and build reports for various in-house clients analysing KPI achievements and assess the success of campaigns

Skills, Experience and Qualifications

*5 years’ experience in campaign management / ad ops role utilizing ad tech platforms and web analytics tools, including Google AdWords, Facebook advertising, Power Editor, LinkedIn, Twitter and Google Analytics
*An analytical mindset and methodical approach – extensive Excel skills and an ability make recommendations based on statistics
*Strong strategic thinking to help guide the direction of various marketing channels
*Acute attention to accuracy and detail
*Excellent collaboration skills and a strong relationship builder essential
*Excellent organisational skills, often working to tight deadlines
*Strong tech and computer skills including advanced knowledge of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and CRM systems
*Creativity and an eye for design
*Resilience and confidence to work in a fast-pace environment, and make decisions when faced with ambiguity
*Knowledge of marketing tools such as Zoho, Marketo or similar – a plus.
*Native-level English, with strong spoken and written communication is essential. Additional languages – a plus!
*Willing to wear multiple hats and roll up your sleeves to get the job done

Origina – The story so far!

As SaaS and Cloud based software solutions become the only show in town, the original software market, perpetually licensed on-premise software, is undergoing a radical transformational change. This change has opened a whole new sub industry targeting the support and maintenance fees mega-vendor publishers charge for the on-premise software – Third Party Software Maintenance (TPSM).

According to Gartner research the TPSM market, driven by a maturing of the on-premise product stack, has been growing steadily over the past five years with an average net new sales growth of 33% and is anticipated to grow from $351 million in 2019 to $1.05 billion by 2023 — a 200% increase.

Origina was founded with a vision to disrupt and open up a market that plays on confusion, contractual/licensing complexity and crude attempts at customer lock-in. The Role

We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to join our high-performing Marketing team.

The successful candidate will join an established firm with start-up culture and will have end-to-end responsibility of the company’s demand generation funnel spanning all performance marketing operations across multiple channels, including production of engaging ad content, hands-on campaign optimization, analytics and reporting, as well as paid social media channel management.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, combining analytical mind and creative capabilities, with a “gets-things-done” attitude, who would thrive in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.
