We asked eight of our employees about their experiences working at Origina. Here are their stories.
Gary, My Origina Story

I’ve worked in other companies where it was just, you work, you do your 9 to 5, you checkin, you check out. Here, they want to support you, whats best for you, and what I’ve seen in the evidence is that they want to take care of their employees. 

Gary Myler is a Pricing Analyst. He has been part of the Origina team for 3 years.

Everyone in the company is valued. It doesn’t matter what your job title is or how senior you are. There’s no big hierarchy, everyone gets on with each other, talks to each other. It’s inclusive and people are involved with the company throughout.”  

Catherine Kehoe is a Group Financial Accountant. She has been part of the Origina team for 2 and a half years.

Companies are made by people. When you find people that are so dedicated to what they do, no matter the hierarchy of the company, you’re inspired to work at your maximum potential. It’s a very good environment. You feel listened to while being in a team.” 

Gaia Innocenzi is a Business Development Representative. She has been part of the Origina team for 4 months.

I’ve only been here for 5 and a bit months. The door was open, I felt very welcome from day one. Everyone has been willing to help. We are a fastmoving company, we’re highly agile and there are people in this firm that know of these products to the nth degree.

Ben Lipczynski is Head of Security Services. He has been part of the Origina team for over 5 months.

 “The future looks really bright for Origina. We’re very excited for the future here. As you may be aware, we’re hoping to get to a thousand customers, and we’re hoping to touch base in different territories like Australia, different places in Asia, and throughout Europe.”

Elizabeth O'Neill is a Senior Talent Acquisition Executive. She has been part of the Origina team for over 2 years.

The favorite thing by far is that I’m just trusted to run my own day. The management structure isn’t a traditional management structure, neither is the management culture. It’s very much a supporting culture rather than a direct and control style culture. 

Ciaran Fleming is a Senior Sales Executive at Origina. He has been part of the team for 4 years.

“A typical day in the life of an Origina employee is so different day to day. That’s certainly something that appealed to me when I joined Origina, it’s so high growth, so dynamic that you actually get an opportunity to do so many different things day to day, week to week.

Ross Lowe is Head of Human Resources. He has been part of the Origina team 1 year and 6 months.

My company leadership team I find are constantly striving to improve they enable individuality, and they are very hard workers, very! You need to be excited about seeing things in action, moving, growing. So, if you have that dynamicity in your personality, then it’s a very good place for you. 

Cristina Hernandez Peris is Head of Customer Success. She has been part of the Origina team for over 2 years.
