Her career spans leadership roles at Virgin Group, where she managed 55 Virgin companies globally including Virgin Atlantic, Virgin Money, Virgin Hotels, Virgin Galactic, Virgin Media O2; Diageo, home to Guinness, Johnnie Walker, and Smirnoff; Christian Dior in Paris; and Sainsbury’s in the UK.

Working across the US, Europe and the Middle East, Antonia has built her career at the intersection of innovation, strategy, and impact – leading transformation across consumer, retail, telecoms, and technology sectors. At Virgin Mobile in the United Arab Emirate, she spearheaded market expansion and introduced disruptive models that redefined mobile services in the Middle East and influenced other telcos across the world to adopt a digital first mindset. Today, as Chief Brand and Strategy Officer at Origina, she champions sustainable technology practices and customer choice, positioning the company as a global challenger in enterprise software.
