Our culture.

Great technology starts with great people.

At Origina, we've built a culture where trust, curiosity, accountability, and collaboration empower people to solve complex problems, challenge convention, and make a meaningful impact.

Inclusion and diversity

Innovation depends on different perspectives. That's why we're committed to building a workplace where people feel respected, included, and empowered to contribute. We believe the best ideas come from teams that challenge one another, learn from one another, and succeed together.

Fairness, transparency and equal opportunity are core to how we operate and, in that spirit, we are proud to share our Gender Pay Gap report.

The principles behind everything we do.

Fairness

We treat everyone with respect, empathy, and kindness, creating an environment where people feel supported, included, and recognized for their contributions.

Trust

We trust people to take ownership, listen to others, learn from mistakes, and look for better ways of working every day.

Relationships

Strong relationships are built on clear communication, collaboration, and mutual respect. We support one another, share knowledge openly, and succeed together.

Opportunity

We encourage people to think differently, embrace new challenges, and take ownership of their ideas. Growth comes from curiosity, courage, and continually looking for better ways to solve problems.

Sustainability in tech

Sustainability is part of how we think about technology. By helping organizations extend the life of existing software, we reduce unnecessary upgrades, infrastructure change, and environmental impact while supporting a more sustainable approach to enterprise IT.

Our relationships with Free ICT Europe and Free ICT US, along with our work with Science Based Targets initiative, further our mission as we aim to change the world of software.

Free ICT Europe addresses the restrictive practices undertaken by OEMs, ensuring serviceability is included as a key component of the Digital Agenda, promoting common standards for the reuse and resale of equipment and software, and advocating for greater contract transparency to protect end users against unfair business practices.

Working alongside Free ICT US, the organizations challenge forced OEM policies and outdated support models to promote an open, competitive, and sustainable market for enterprise software maintenance and support.

  • Origina commits to reduce absolute scope 1 emissions 42% by 2030 from a 2024 base year.
  • Origina also commits to maintain zero scope 2 emissions through 2030, and to measure andreduce its scope 3 emissions from a 2024 base year.
  • Origina’s 2030 targets have been verified and approved by SBTi.
  • The organization’s European and U.S. arms work together to challenge forced OEM policies and outdated support models to promote an open and sustainable service and maintenance market.
