Customer Success Manager

Origina has a number of existing clients and due to rapid expansion, an opportunity has arisen for a Customer Success Manager based in our Dublin office. Reporting to the Director of Service Operations, the Customer Success Manager manages a specific set of key Customer accounts and will be the face of Origina support and service within these accounts, spending significant time with customers both onsite and remotely.   • Analyse each prospective customers IBM support case history to identify pain-points and recurring themes. Present this analysis back to the customer to demonstrate confidence in Origina’s servicing offering.
  • Co-ordinate and manage technical pre-sales calls with our IBM® subject matter experts for our clients to demonstrate the strong technical expertise of the team. This includes identifying the goals of the call, drafting the agenda, expectation setting with the client, and identifying most appropriate resources from team to achieve success.
  • Collate "customer success" stories from our teams which demonstrate the unique value of Origina’s support which can be used as part of the sales process to correctly articulate our value proposition.
  • Manage the successful transition for sales opportunities through to the customer on boarding process ensuring that all required information has been captured, verified and reviewed to ensure a smooth handover.
  • Ensure that products are "Vetted" (License & Product) to ensure that we can support them.
  • Deliver presentations as appropriate to the customer and at industry events showcasing how our support works.
