New global HQ sets foundation for Origina’s next phase of growth, including creation of 350 new high-value jobs.
DUBLIN, IRELAND, 7 APRIL 2026: Origina, the world’s leading independent software partner, is deepening its presence in Ireland as it scales globally to serve enterprise customers across Europe, North America and beyond.
As part of its next phase of international growth, Origina has announced the opening of its new global headquarters at the Termini Building in Sandyford, Dublin. The new HQ will act as a central hub for product development, security innovation and global collaboration – reinforcing Origina’s long‑term commitment to Ireland and the development of world‑class technology talent.
The expansion will see the creation of 350 high‑value roles – taking the total number of employees to 750 – across software engineering, security, data and AI, and supported by Enterprise Ireland. These roles will underpin Origina’s continued growth as demand accelerates from enterprises seeking greater control over their software environments and freedom from unnecessary, vendor‑driven change.
Ireland continues to attract sustained investment from global technology leaders due to its deep technical expertise, strong leadership talent and highly skilled workforce. Origina’s new headquarters strengthens its long‑term presence in Ireland while supporting a rapidly growing international customer base.
The expansion is expected to deliver up to €28 million in annual direct economic contribution to the Irish economy, further reinforcing Ireland’s position as a global hub for high‑value technology and enterprise skills.
More than a change of address, the new headquarters marks a significant milestone in Origina’s evolution — as the company scales into one of the world’s most trusted independent software support and maintenance providers, helping enterprises operate on their own rules.
Tomás O’Leary, CEO of Origina, said: “When we began this project, the goal wasn’t simply to move offices. It was to create a headquarters that reflects the scale, ambition, and momentum of Origina as a global company. Origina has experienced extraordinary growth. Our customer base has expanded across continents; our teams have grown significantly, and the impact of the work we do to stop unnecessary technology change for some of the world’s largest organisations continues to expand. This new headquarters represents that journey. And more importantly, where we’re going next.”
Jenny Melia, CEO of Enterprise Ireland, said: “Origina, announcing 350 new jobs, is a great example of an ambitious, Irish company growing customers through continuous innovation and I commend them on the launch of their new predictive security product and we look forward to continuing to support them on their growth journey.”
The office space was designed and managed with office refurbishment company Calibro Workspace, which Origina chose for their vision, expertise, and an uncompromising standard of excellence.
Origina specialises in independent software support and maintenance for enterprise software, from vendors including IBM, HCL, and VMware. It serves customers worldwide including Sainsbury’s, Liberty Mutual, Canon and Capital One. The company was founded in May 2012 in Dublin, increasing its presence globally since.
