Our team can provide specialist skills covering many technologies including: Unix, Linux, Intel, Virtualisation, Microsoft, Oracle, DB2, SQL, Exchange, Websphere, TSM, Commvault, Veritas, Storage, etc. The full list covers approximately 60 technologies and by using your existing methods for connecting remotely or via our own “Rapid Support” offering, we are able to offer these skills remotely as and when requirements dictate.

Depending on your requirements, we can provide you with a virtual or remote senior consultant for an hour each month to an administrator seven hours a day. Every customer has specific requirements and we pride ourselves on being able to adapt accordingly, ensuring we provide a service that is ultimately helping you to drive down your costs, whilst at the same time giving you the same or increased level of assistance.
