What we are looking for:


Origina is looking to appoint a digital marketing executive to join their team. The successful candidate will take sole ownership of the company’s online marketing & ongoing PR strategy.

Our Ideal Candidate:


The ideal candidate will be a multi-skilled, creative and confident individual with vast knowledge and 2 + years experience in implementing B2B (preferably) marketing campaigns online & offline. The chosen candidate’s main focus of the role is to drive traffic to our website via various online marketing methods.​ To be considered for the role you must have a good understanding of all aspect of online marketing with particular expertise in search optimisation, website optimisation, tracking & reporting, CMS updating, email marketing, & leveraging social media. Drawing from your previous online marketing you will be able to identify, evaluate and suggest new opportunities, tactics and channels to reach and acquire new customers.​

Key Responsibilities:


  • Able to identify and plan activities to achieve maximum penetration and opportunities to grow sales through online / offline marketing initiatives.
  • Identify and plan activities to maintain effective optimisation for external search engines (e.​g.​ Google, Yahoo etc).​
  • To manage the specification, analysis and dissemination of web analytics, relating to online marketing activity & visitor behavior, proposing remedial action where needed.​
  • To manage the planning and implementation of PPC advertising campaigns ensure optimum effectiveness, appropriate messaging and value for money.​
  • Lead on the management of all other online advertising and paid for listings to ensure optimum placement, value for money and appropriate messaging.​
  • To manage and continually optimise the creation and execution of all strategic and tactical elements of email and database marketing campaigns.​
  • To develop and implement a social media strategy with the aim of creating meaningful dialogue with key influencers who can foster positive word-of-mouth recommendation.​
  • To develop content for, and to update website pages with the aim of increasing visitor engagement and minimising bounce rates.​
  • Coordinate and manage all events including seminars & webinars that generate and assist with lead generation.
  • Creating and managing the production of all printed and web based collateral, responsible for the Layout, production & printing of all marketing collateral i.e. brochures.
  • Working closely with the sales and technical teams to identify and develop new services and solutions to promote.
  • Prepare email newsletters & customer case studies.
  • Work closely with our partners and utiltise campaigns on their behalf.
  • Act as the front of line face for the company & the ability to offer administrative support.
  • Maintain and update our CRM system.  

Essential Skills

  • In-depth knowledge of planning, implementation and evaluation of online marketing, social network marketing, search engine marketing, RSS and PPC advertising.​
  • Good understanding of wordpress and features & benefits of alternative content management systems.​
  • Significant experience of managing digital marketing campaigns.​
  • Strong project management skills and an ability to co-ordinate inputs and plan response handling.​
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of web analytics.​
  • Strong experience in direct/​database marketing or customer relationship marketing programme development and implementation.​
  • Experience of utilising outbound email marketing.​
  • Commercially aware.​
  • Must provide strong administration skills and experience in office management is essential.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft office & Adobe suite including; illustrator, photoshop & Indesign.

  • Excellent organisational and project-management skills, including the ability to prioritise workload to meet deadlines.​  

Qualifications:

  • Marketing Degree level or equivalent.​
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
