global financial services firm, was the fourth largest investment bank in the U.S.A and was founded in 1850.
In November 2008, one man was put in charge of winding down the IT infrastructure of the business. James Johnson was appointed as the company’s CTO. Johnson had over 25 years experience, but nothing could compare to the task ahead of him.
